No to plastic
The older I get the more I dislike plastic in all its forms. If there is any plastic clutter in a photo it'll show up and drag the eye away from anything else and frustrates me hugely that I only tend to notice once the photo has been taken and I've moved on.
I was lucky enough to inherit a load of clay pots and although they are less forgiving than plastic they are so much nicer to have around. Less so the horrible plastic labels I just spotted sticking out of the pots when I uploaded the photo. Will have to do something about that.
A good de-frazzling yoga session with Sue and then over lunch W and I pondered the management of older teens and young adults. How to let them learn from their mistakes experiences while not being too much of a danger to themselves. Safe to say we didn't come to any sort of an answer. We were prompted towards this discussion as Son 1 is getting ready to head off for 2 weeks Inter-railing in a few days - he hadn't realised that travel insurance might be a good thing. And Z is trying to move flats (again) but the process is being far more complicated than you could possibly believe and even more complicated than her previous 2 moves.
