A distant view to....

....the Bristol Channel and Wales.Lovely lunch today at The Royal Oak in Luxborough courtesy of Brother-in-law M for R's birthday!  I had hake with a crunch chorizo topping with beans and potatoes - delicious.

Beautiful sunny day and, although my camera doesn't do a distance shot like this justice, I think it's a beautiful view.  Taken from above the village on our way home.  Extra is a crumpled poppy in the pub garden.
