Comfort food

Food was the highlight today :)

Grey and drizzling day until mid afternoon. So we both worked from 11am until 4pm on our computers before going for a quick jog when it stopped raining.

Apero at 5pm with Campari Milano first and then sautéd spinach with roasted pine kernels, dried grapes and vin santo as a primi piatto. Main course was BBQ with veal côtelettes, onions, red pepper, halloumi and Terrabianca Campaccio 2008.

Walk to digest from 8pm to 9pm. Movie afterwards. Interesting week ahead.
