Ten years on

I was in the woods at Coombe Abbey today, and took the picture on the right of this beautiful gnarled old tree. I remembered later on that I'd taken an almost identical picture ten years ago, The one on the left was a monochrome film photo taken with my old Leica CL. The one on the right is from a Fuji X-T1 with Silver Efex. Interesting to see how much has changed, and how little. The extra shows one of the long avenues of trees in the park. I made a mental note to come back here in autumn - I seem to remember that these avenues are colourful.
