Lucky shot

When I go to church I park quite a way away so I get a walk. I walked back to my car on the path by the fields. I saw this kestrel hovering and tried to shoot it then it disappeared. I caught sight of it on the fence post and walked towards it really quietly and managed to get a couple of shots. She then flew off so I was lucky to have got this shot.
A very lazy afternoon reading the newspaper then I tried the cryptic crossword. I tried it 2 weeks ago and managed 5 clues, I haven't done this crossword (the Observer) in years, I am amazed and so pleased I've actually finished it, I've no idea where I got some of the answers from but my brain still functions, ha ha !!!!
