It's a circus

This is Tim, the founder and artistic director of The Imperial OPA Circus. His group is performing in D.C. as part of the annual Smithsonian Folklife festival -- celebrating the 50th anniversary of that festival.

Each year, there's a different theme. I find it supremely ironic that this year's theme is 'circus life.' The festival takes place in the front yard of the Capitol (where our elected representatives spend time not doing anything at best and creating havoc at worst...). The extra is a juxtaposition of the Capitol with the signage of the festival: I thought you might appreciate that ;)
