Goji chocolate squares & coated strawberries

Visiting my father today so made up a batch of chocolate treats to take with me.

Not very refined, though still delicous, as I had left them to the last minute (should have done this last evening but got called out at 8pm - midnight to help rescue some walkers off the hill) so ended up doing them this morning instead.

Delightfully simple: cacao & coconut oil, cacao powder, honey, vanilla, and berries. I threw in some dried cherries, too.

I still buy high end commercial chocolate from time to time, for the artistry & finesse, but really, in terms of flavour & goodness, they rarely compare.
