If there's one thing a Jarv can't stand, it's table service at a bar. Table service substantially reduces actual drinking time - not a bad thing when you're in good company, but still, it's much more desirable to be in good company with good beer as well. Drvo Javorovo (The Maple Tree) in Belgrade does table service, but the staff are also very quick to recognise a Jarvis who can't be arsed with the farce.
