Maple...

Up and over to Cramond by 8 to spend the day with the charges.

Apart from the occasional squabble, they were on good form.

A trip to the library in the morning, where we all got some books out, followed by a visit to Lauriston Castle, which used to be one of our haunts. There was lots of reminiscing, on their part, which was nice. I like building memories with these boys.

After lunch they played outside, then we all sat and watched James and the Giant Peach.

A slightly earlier finish, then home for chicken wraps, wine and The Circle. We'd both read the book....of course, the book is better, but the film was alright.
