Games people play

I just spotted this last year, and finally got around to blipping it today.
This chimney stack on Rose Street, was, obviously, the site of an old billiards hall. I remember it being there, although I was never in it, being just a lad when it was open.
I cannot remember when it closed, but, I believe it was sometime in the seventies.
Back then there were quite a few games' halls around the city. Now there are just 2.
