Profile

Today we had a training session at work to discuss our recent Insights profile. This profiles you to help you understand the differences & dynamics in the team & how to interact & get the best from them.

It sounds boring but was actually very interesting, I was profiled as 95% Green which is categorised as helper / supporter / co-ordinater. This was no surprise to any of us :-)

I especially liked being in the new training room, which has beautiful large arched windows.

Late home again but still managed a short walk with hubby to reach my step challenge.
