Day 1

Day 1 of our holiday up in beautiful Forres. We have come to this accomodation 3 times now, but this time we have treated ourselves to a slightly bigger lodge, with a lochan in front of us. Just sitting in our porch for an hour we have seen beautiful finches and a heron. Can't wait to get some nature photos later in week. There's only a handful of lodges here so nice and peaceful so the birds aren't disturbed.  Currently drinking fizz while planning the rest of our week.
