Jnr Jnr took part in a tag rugby tournament this afternoon.

Being the teacher's kid is quite a tough deal, as you tend not to get picked for stuff.  I have to guard myself against being accused of favouritism, even though I know I don't do it and never would do.  However, this afternoon I made her captain of the team as she has trained so well, taken on board so much, been keen, demonstrated leadership and even gone to the extra after-school sessions when the rest of them haven't.  She did good :)

The team played brilliantly!  She scored the first of many of the team's tries as they played their way to the final where they beat a very good opponent.

So, so happy!!!! :-D
