Alpacas in Jesmond Dene.

These three are quite new arrivals to Jesmond Dene's pets corner.
The two adults are Cookie and Ulanda, both females. Cookie gave birth after she arrived, and there was a competition to find the little male a name. Sol was chosen, after Nobby Solano the Peruvian footballer who played for Newcastle in 1998 and again in 2003. He was known as the Geordie Peruvian.
I watched them for a while, and Sol just wanted to play but the others were more interested in eating.
