Swiss, German, or Canadian?

I think they couldn't decide which country is the best so they just decided to use all the flags.

I went with some friends out to dinner tonight to a new restaurant which is originally from Taiwan. They opened a new restaurant in Suzhou a few months ago. It is actually in a really interesting location. From the outside of the building, you wouldn't guess there is a restaurant inside. There is a bank on the first floor and you have to go inside and go to the fourth floor. From there, you are greeted by Chinese girl in German lederhosen. The hostess lead you through a hall into a giant room filled with rows of tables and tables inside barrels.

My friends and I spent a good part of the evening though trying to figure out what exactly was the theme of the restaurant. The decorations are German-esy with flags from around the world lining the ceiling, the waiters are wearing lederhosen, the owner is Taiwanese, and the food is from around the world.

It was an interesting venue and wide range of food, but good night with good company.
