On a good day

The reason we came to Goa was purely for myself getting more discipline at Yoga practice plus I wanted my best buddy to learn it too. Our teacher was really patient with our background chatter .. I was occasionally caught in between stretching my hamstrings in Warrior 1 and trying to translate what was teacher about from English to Polish!
Bless his Polish Ancestors grandparents we connected from the beginning and I was called Poland from time to time when in need of body/pose correction.
