The wind was still a bit brisk today so it was an uncomfortable surface interval for those that suffer seasickness!

This afternoon, despite travel sickness tablets, I opted to stay ashore in Lochinver,where I met the Lochinver Coastal Rowing Club. They were a couple of folk short for the crew, so I had a very pleasant row around the harbour, in the lee of the mountains.
