Cake Decorating, Cafe Central Matlock

This is a great little cafe next to County Hall in Matlock.
I was there this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to see a cake decorating class going on inside.
It looked very elaborate with women moulding, painting and doing numerous amazing things with icing sugar to adorn their cup cakes.
It reminded me of pottery!
But as one of the ladies said you can't eat pottery!
