Happy 4th of July

We had a little family gathering today with a bar-b-q and enjoyed our day.  We didn't go a see any fireworks but some of the neighbors did their thing and we managed to catch a bit of it.  With a little play in PS and a beautiful partial moon there's this.

Side shot, my son is still recuperating from his broken ankle.  They operated and put 2 titanium plates in secured with screws and hopefully on Thursday at his doctor's appointment they will put a full caste on his leg that he can walk on.  Right now he's still using crutches and a wheel chair.
