Peace and Plenty
May peace and plenty on our nation smile. A suitably post-war motto.
This is today's treasure from mum's flat. I think it's from the 1950s. It's a cigarette box - quite the thing in those days and in fact not the only one I've found. It's going to my brother in law who is a collector of such things.
For anyone interested in the camera in yesterday's blip mum thinks it was a K series. Means nothing to me I have to say. She was stationed at Felpham near Bognor for 3-4 months learning to take photographs while leaning out of an aircraft. Amazing what she got up to.
