A Geranium by any other name

My war with the evil axis of Virgin Mobile and Yodel continued today, but with no immediate prospect of a victory that I can see. Virgin's tactics seem to be, if you can't solve the problem then just put the customer on hold and then after a lengthy session of unspeakably awful music cut him off! 

I am not a happy bunny so here is a lovely Geranium to calm my soul.
