Retail Therapy
I shouldn't be left at home to feel sorry for myself with my wallet within easy reach. In fairness there were a few bike component and clothing plans which have, obviously, been put on the back burner. So the long-awaited monitor to use with the Macbook has finally appeared (not a huge thing, but I realised if I want to learn how to use Premiere Pro I need to have a more accessible screen); I've got all the bits and bobs to do my first all-grain mash homebrew; some batteries to get the remote triggers for the camera and flash back up and running; oh, and a fancy new shirt in the Duchamp sale.
Love this.
Decent day of working from home. Have been finding the arm works at fairly regular intervals, with same same regularity applying to when the pain flares up. So I'm basically doing the same number of hours I would normally do between 9 and 5, but instead working 9 till midnight (late night I seem to be able to block it out more).
But need that human contact, so it was great to hook up with Ken for lunch down in Porty.
Nice being able to have the Tour coverage on in the background in the afternoons mind you.
Now. What else do I need to buy....?
