A good day at the bakery with the baker up very early to prepare pastries, pies, flans and cakes for the street food fair in Tobermory. We all dived in to also prepare for tomorrow's bake and a satisfying day was had by all. It was great the baker and local farmer, both female, went off together to sell pork pies, sausage rolls - the farmers local pork - along with the pastries etc listed above.

The collage shows: blueberry danish, cherry frangipan, nectarine tarts, pork pies and asparagus tarts. The dynamic duo arrived back early sold out.
