Buttermere

After yesterday in the classroom it was great to get out for today to Buttermere. I have so many great photos from the day which were taken with mono in mind and I was going to post a mono tonight but somehow the colour version seems to have ended up in the main blip position. I have put the mono version in as an extra though.

The lighting conditions were very contrasty and we all struggled with the highlights beside Fleetwith Pike. My thanks go to John Gravett for some correction of my errors and some improvement to my rushed processing on this one.
