Fantastic day. For the first time for ages I had already decided, before I got up, that I wasn't going to do any work or feel guilty about not doing any.

A trip down to St. Abbs with L & J. We had a brilliant walk along the cliffs watching the sea birds and seeing the surf pounding the red sandstone. A blitz for the senses - the freshest air, warmest sunshine, cool refreshing breeze, birds soaring around the cliffs and lambs jumping about in the sunshine. Followed by coffee and warm scones in Coldingham next to the beach.

Tempting just to jump right into the sea and shout at the top of your voice that you are free... More days like this please... thanks...
