Typical Small Town 4th of July

After the parade down main street, there were Dachshund Dog races in the park and then races for the kids on the beach. We laughed and cheered watching all the fun. This photo is of the 10 to 12 year olds in the wheelbarrow races; look at the sand flying; not many made it to the finish line without at least one tumble into the sand.  The crowds were massive so I am sure the merchants had records sales in their shops.
We had a great time enjoying it all as a family.
