66° 33′ 55″ - crossing the polar circle.....

that was exciting - at 11.43 am on June 19 I (and with me all passengers and stuff of Mein Schiff 3) did cross the polar circle.... I had tears in my eyes as such an exciting moment.... and as you all know (I never heard of that before) Neptun and his wife came on bord to get us all polar baptismned..... means we had to "eat" something special (Neptun said it was a kind of special mud he likes to eat) - pudding and had to drink something with alcohol and had to kiss a fish... most of us did and we got a certificate... they really do lots to entertain the people on sea days...... I had so much fun.....
