View from Angel Island

At first I thought I thought someone had painted the Seven Bridge red. Then I realized we are not in Chepstow. No doubt the builders of this bridge got their inspiration from the first bridge across the Bristol Channel

After a tour of Angel Island it was off to Alcatraz. The prison was closed in the 60's after Clint Eastwood escaped through an air vent. He later went on to fight crime in San Francisco armed with just a chocolate Magnum....an ice cream so cold it could freeze your head clean off.

The weather has been exceptionally sunny. San Francisco is usually fog bound. As a result my face is reassembling a tomato.
