It's a hard life

Young Alex needed support while doing his practicals for his Shakers Barschool course and who were we to argue.

A huge choice of cocktails, each for a dollar,  but as it was a Shakers dollar that meant our allocation of five were free.

Our job was to rate each bar person, how they prepared the drinks, their interaction with you and the taste of the cocktail.

Just a pity I was driving so just a sip of each was all I had.
