A topsy turvey day

The plans for the day were shelved, when the awaited text to collect a package didn't arrive. We did get numerous phone calls which we were at home to take! The postman didn't arrive until 4pm, the latest ever!!

R had two more deliveries of flowers, I'm enjoying sharing them. We also had visitors....plenty of chat.

It was very hot so the girls had their teatime walk after 7pm.

To end the day we had a short spell of rain, a rumble of thunder and one flash of lightning. Much less than forecast :0(
