Castle visit

All over Fougeres there are flags and posters reminding visitors that if they haven't visited the castle they haven't seen Fougeres. Fortunately we visited in the morning and took refuge from the 35 degree heat in the air conditioned hypermarket in the afternoon. It was a very impressive castle and we had an English audio guide as we went from film to film and projected animations in the towers. Apparently the weather is due to change on Saturday and so we are going to the botanic gardens on Friday.
