Gathering

A long gather 7.5 hours out the hill. Lots of climbing lots of zig zag ging lots of scree oh and a few sheep! Even had to carry in a newborn lamb that on seeing me the mother abandoned. I then passed it on to another person on the gather who didn't have dogs to work. Think it will be a pet now as there is no guarantee it's mum actually came in. 

Fed the dogs and had a good inspection of their paws. As you can see by the vet wrap on Pip she already had a cut but behind her pad and Breagh has a cut on her big pad on one of her front feet. The scree is so bad for cutting their pads. I have treated them and think more vet wrap will be used tomorrow. Now it's our dinner and bath time.
