Pornic

Pornic is a really pretty town. Beautiful harbour and nice shops.

We went there last year just after the Brexit vote and noticed how, like so many french towns, they fly the EU flag bordered by usually the French and UK flag. Often there will be the German and Spanish flags too, sometimes the Belgian and Dutch. But almost always the UK flag will be there.

It was nice to see it still flying alongside the EU and French flags today. Wonder if it will still be there in 2 years time. Sad to think it won't.
