First date - checking teeth stage...
Having no idea what we wanted to do today, we did just that. A leisurely day in the sun, a few coffees, a visit to a camera shop to chat about Leicas (one can dream:)). Walk around Stepen's Green, resplendent with birds and greenery and teams of orange-clad people doing a treasure hunt. A pint in McDaid's, a pint outside Doheny & Nesbit's in the sun.
Dublin at 5.30 on a Friday seems to explode into a teeming mass of chatting, drinking, laughing folk. Or so it seemed.
Then a meal in Govinda, a Hare Krishna run vegetarian restaurant, where they may lack something in presentation but not quantity. I'm certainly more Buddha-like than ever. Lying down now..Dublin Friday
