Heat

Another hot day and poor R not brilliant but in slight recovery.

We headed to the doctor's this am for some advice and to check on R, the doctor advised trying ice lollies to keep some fluids down - the novelty factor did seem to help thankfully.

No lunch for poor R, just Peppa Pig and snuggles. She had a long sleep and I did some work. Amazingly she rallied for C's swimming lesson and seemed better for the trip out.
