He's behind you!
My friends SuMay and Susha are up from London for a couple of days and we're doing lots of hanging out, catching up, eating and visiting art exhibitions. It's the 7th Liverpool Biennial at the moment which means 10 weeks of art and culture right across the city. Hurrah!
Today we spent ages at the former Copperas Hill mail sorting depot which is hosting a couple of cool exhibitions. Here's SuMay being crept up on by a dancing man in Evariste Maiga's video installation 'Pain and Joy' (2012).
The exhibition was good but the building itself has enough going on in it to keep me in blips for the foreseeable future and I will most definitely be back!
We also saw some exhibitions at FACT where we stopped for tea and cake before a quick stop off at The Brink to escape a sudden downpour and then a fantastic Chinese meal at Mr Chilli.
A very good day indeed and more to come tomorrow!
Apologies for lack of comments tonight but I'll catch up with you all soon!
