Mid day Gun

We went to watch the firing of the 12 o' clock gun from the battery in Valetta. It was first done to tell people what time it was before they had clocks. I got a shot of him preparing the gun but when it went off I jumped so much I didn't get a photo. I've put a picture in extras of the gardens behind the balcony which were nice and cool. It was extremely hot today.
