Bells Palsy Day 11 - Cooling Sea

I was fortunate enough to be able to see an ENT specialist today who now can completely rule out nasties underlying this condition - it can be linked with Lymes Disease and diabetes for example . It is generally believed to relate to the Herpes cold sore virus and shingles but they don't really know. 
It is described as idiopathic - none has really researched it although it's surprising the number of people who have told me that they know someone who has it.

It was soothing to sit by the sea for a while after the appointment - we are so lucky.
