My own shadow.

There was a bumble, but he flew off. 

The first batch of crap stuff went to the charity shop this morning. Hopefully there will be a great deal more in the near future. I did a couple of odd DIY jobs in the kitchen and then declared myself free for the rest of the day. 

I cycled down to the beach and spent some time beach combing before sitting and eating my sandwich in the sun. 

Home made tapenade and humous. 

Can't beat it.
