Purple Poppies

These poppies appear to have self-seeded themselves in our garden.

I had a "hair do" this morning so that I am on form for my niece's wedding later this month. This afternoon we did a bit of weeding and then generally lazed about in the garden enjoying the sun - the weather was perfect!
