Canalside

I loved the weather today, sunny and warm but not too ridiculous with humidity. Here is a picture of the canal near Stroud where quite a lot of fish and dragonflies were visible. I saw a kingfisher darting around which was lovely and managed to walk 8 miles in total today which was much needed as I'm rather unfit at the mo. Nice to walk back in cooler weather.

For lunch today I had a Tofu Katsu Bento box in a New Japanese place in the centre of town, fantastic food and a lovely miso soup. It's a small start up do I hope it is successful and continues trading.
