... possibly! We might be redoing the other ground floor flat that was done 18months ago and has had someone in it. They've moved up a floor now, so we'll probably freshen it up.

Anyway, for now we're in the other ground floor flat. Jake's sorting out cupboards in the bedroom.

He let me borrow his new battery run sander to do the door I'm working on with. Eight months I've needed one of these and he gets one just when I'm on the last door!
