The Buttercross, Ludlow

Today I had a gig in South Shropshire so we went for the day and called to see F's daughter at Church Stretton. We then went on to Ludlow where this blip was taken. It was much quieter than usual as there are very long diversions in the area.

The gig was the evening ceilidh for a lovely alternative wedding. Some of the outfits were amazing including a man in a lime green floral suit with matching tie and top hat!  I would love to have taken photos of the guests but wouldn't do so at a private function. A lot of the guests were camping there with accommodation in teepees. 

As we finished earlier than usual we all went to the local pub where there was a great deal of amusing banter from other band members.
