The channel to enjoyment!

This channel goes to where the fish are. It's an amazing lake called Seymour lake. It's so peaceful and nature around it.
I usually Stretch my neck and back near the lake and do my exercises and much more relaxing than at the gym and therapy as the birds are chirping and nature is so peacefully beautiful.
