Winter festival Aussie style

For the third year they have closed off the street and put in an ice rink, double story carousel and Ferris wheel to celebrate the cold weather. It brings people from all around who don't have the opportunity to participate. The little kids have penguins, kangaroos or rabbits to heap keep upright - depending on their age. I think I would need a stretcher as I am sure I would fall. Skater...where are you?
