Mixed Greens?

We toured the lavender fields today but the photo ops were limited because of the smaller areas we could visit and the more commercial enterprises in the area, but it was fun visiting all the little booths of the artists and food vendors.
We saw this field on our way back home. It was mostly a clover field, but there were a lot of dandelions too. I wonder if it is a field that will simply be plowed under to enrich the soil or harvested for cattle feed? Can all these plants be harvested together and made into feed? I wonder.
So.....perhaps this is a Silly Saturday Blip? If they harvest the crop, it will be mixed greens.    :-)
