RISING FULL MOON.....
.....and a plane trail!
Went down to John Tebbutt's Observatory built in 1879 and a holds immense history in the area plus the work he did from here in fact being the astronomer who found the "Great Comet" in 1861. He is in fact recognised on our A$100 note.
The property sold earlier this year and is now a wedding reception venue.
Went looking for the full moon and felt appropriate to co-ordinate with the observatory.
Liked however this one as the moon was rising, an RAAF plane came around to land at the nearby Richmond Airbase leaving it's light trail.
Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE
