Paint-stripper at work

This is the fourth time I have put paint-stripper on 3 window sills upstairs.   Not the fourth time today, just the fourth time.   It takes ages to eliminate all the old layers of paint.   The worse part of whole job is the clearing up of scraped off paint from the carpet despite putting newspaper down.   Not a painting job I am going to attempt again!
