Cornwall at War Museum & Creepy Mannequins

The weather was awful today so we to visit the Cornwall at War Museum at an old aerodrome  at Davidstow. It's a fascinating place and if it hadn't been so cold and wet we would've stayed longer than our 2 hours. There were some very creepy mannequins especially this one who looked like something out of Doctor Who.

Living on an island that was occupied during WW2 it was so interesting to see scenes from the home front the war at sea and in the air. It wasn't all WW2 though as they did include a special mention of The Falklands conflict. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
