Heart Breaker

To Hyde Park to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with my bro-in-law. A perfect evening. Warm all the way through and no need for a jumper. The sun was setting which made a perfect backdrop.. 

We got there in time for Stevie Nicks who was very good - a strong and powerful mezzo pitched voice- complete with some Fleetwood Mac songs from Rumours.

Tom Petty (that's him in the red shirt on the screen) was a revelation. I didnt know much of his stuff but he was a brilliant live act, getting everyone dancing. Even I hopped about a bit.

Its such a joy to see everyone having a good time. No trouble and peaceful entry and exits. Here's to next year.
